The following criteria will be applied by the Directors to consider and approve project proposals from members or non-members: - Statement of project objectives, content and positioning in alignment with Tazopia's Principles.
- Financial plan identifying projected revenue and expenses, cash needs, cash flow, financial risk, distribution of proceeds and assets generated.
- Management plan indicating milestones, leadership, key resources and areas of responsibility.
- Marketing and communication strategy and plan including key messages, target market, differentiation, media and schedule.
- Safety, security and risk management plan including insurance.
- History of proponents and related projects.
- Policy to identify constituency and stakeholders, optional, e.g. branding or co-branding.
